Terms of Use

1. Agreement

The Grid app and the thegridapp.co website (together, the "Service") are operated by VexAI LLC ("VexAI," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. The Service

The Grid helps you plan, arrange, and preview posts for your Instagram feed. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Some features require a paid Grid Pro subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

4. Advertising

The free version of The Grid may show ads. Grid Pro subscribers do not see ads. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use data.

5. Your Content

You keep all rights to the photos, videos, captions, and other content you add to The Grid. Your content is stored on your device. You are responsible for the content you create and publish, and for having the rights to use it.

6. Instagram

The Grid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. If you connect an Instagram account, your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram's own terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by breaking any law, infringing anyone's rights, interfering with the Service, or attempting to reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VexAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We may suspend or end access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app.
